The Atelier gîte is located in an independent house. During the summer period, the gîte can only be booked for periods of 7 days from Saturday to Saturday.
You will appreciate the view and the absolute calm.
Equipped with all modern comforts, this cottage is completely independent and has a surface area of 80 m². It includes:
- living room with TV / fully equipped kitchen / dining room
- On the ground floor: 1 bedroom with king size double bed (180x200) and with bathroom
- Upstairs: 1 bedroom with King Size double bed + 1 single bed (3 single beds possible)
Beds are made upon your arrival and towels and toiletries are provided.
Free high-speed WiFi is available.
Outside you have a private terrace area with a garden table and chairs. A BBQ is available.
You can enjoy the swimming pool, with arbor and garden furniture. The swimming pool, heated from mid-June to the beginning of September, depending on the weather, is shared but you can have completely private times just for you.
You can also enjoy the 4000 m² fully enclosed garden: football with a goal cage, table tennis with rackets and ball provided, outdoor games, small children's cabin, swing...
We also lend umbrellas, surfboards and wetsuits to enjoy the beaches.
You can store your bikes and beach gear in a closed shelter with access to water to rinse your belongings.
You also have a quiet place at the bottom of the garden to make a fire for a BBQ in ""camping"" mode with the children.
You have direct access from the garden to the splendid hiking trail which will allow you to discover the Breton moorland on foot or by bike.
Parking is free; you enter the property on foot through an independent gate that is always open to reach your gîte. The gîte is located a few meters from the gate.
